Our processing time is currently 2-3 days. Shipping time may very depending on distance, however it should estimate around a week.

Return & Exchange Policy

Celestial Crystals does not offer returns nor refunds. I package all items carefully to ensure there is no damage. If a crystal arrives broken you I encourage you to contact your local post office. If your order arrives with a missing item, please contact me with 24 hours and I will be happy to help. Thank you for your understanding!
